• Account Credentials: Your full name, email address, password, and optional phone number.
• Financial Information via Plaid: With your explicit authorization, Plaid shares information about your linked bank accounts (balances, account names, and bank transaction history). We do NOT store your bank login credentials.
• User-Defined Inputs: Manual debt entries, custom budget category limits, and savings goals that you configure.
• AI Assistant Conversations: Questions and conversations you have with our chatbot, MUONI, to provide context for financial guidance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to operate and improve the App's capabilities, including:

• Aggregating and illustrating your balances and monthly transactions.
• Calculating optimal debt payoff structures (Snowball and Avalanche).
• Responding to support tickets, guest contact inquiries, and account deletion requests.
• Generating personalized budgeting tips and insights.

3. Sharing and Protection of Data

We do not sell, lease, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is stored securely and encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols and AES-256 encryption at rest. Bank syncing is managed entirely through Plaid's secure integration network.

4. Your Rights and Data Control

You have full control over your data. You may unlink your bank accounts at any time, which immediately halts any data import. If you wish to delete your account and remove all of your personal data permanently, you can submit a request directly through our Account Deletion Request Page.
